The rules and conditions for using Myteria websites, community spaces, Minecraft services, and digital purchases.

These terms apply to myteria.com, shop.myteria.com, the Myteria Minecraft Network, official support channels, community spaces, and related services.
By accessing myteria.com, joining the Myteria Minecraft Network, using the Myteria Shop, or participating in official Myteria community spaces, you agree to follow these Terms of Service, the Myteria rules, staff instructions, and any additional policies shown during checkout or support.
You are responsible for the Minecraft, Microsoft, Discord, and other accounts you use with Myteria. If you are under the age required to make purchases or accept terms where you live, a parent or guardian must review and approve your use of paid services.
You may use Myteria services for normal gameplay, community participation, support, and purchases. You may not use Myteria to harass others, cheat, exploit bugs, bypass punishments, attack infrastructure, scrape private data, impersonate staff, or interfere with the network.
Myteria may moderate chat, gameplay, purchases, support, Discord participation, and website use. Staff may warn, mute, kick, ban, restrict, reset, remove content, or deny access when necessary to protect players, systems, or the community.
Ranks, cosmetics, in-game currency, bundles, and similar benefits are digital access rights for use on Myteria only. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred unless Myteria allows it, and may change as the network updates.
Purchases may be handled by Tebex, payment processors, or other third-party checkout providers. Purchase delivery, eligibility, chargebacks, account matching, and refund requests are handled under the checkout terms and the Refund Policy.
Myteria is a live-service Minecraft network. Features, maps, cosmetics, ranks, prices, events, support availability, and access may change over time, especially during beta, testing, or launch periods.
Myteria may link to or use services such as Discord, Tebex, Minecraft/Microsoft, Cloudflare, Google Forms, and other infrastructure or support providers. Those services are controlled by their own terms and privacy policies.
Myteria services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability of specific features, or compatibility with every Minecraft version, device, or account state.
Use discord.myteria.com for low-level support such as gameplay questions, bug reports, and general help. Use [email protected] for high-level support such as billing, privacy, account safety, parent/guardian, or legal requests.
